What to do near me? Come along to a Banora Point Primary School P&C meeting!
P&C meetings are for all parents and citizens of the BPPS community. Share a cuppa and a laugh with like-minded people! Always a great opportunity to meet others from the school community, learn the “how and why” of school happenings, decide on fundraising opportunities and where fundraising money will be focused. P&C meetings are your time to have a say!
Financial membership is optional and costs $1.
Simply join here or turn up on the night and request a membership form. Children welcome! Please bring a quiet activity for them.
Meetings are always held on the first Wednesday of the month, 6.30pm, in the staffroom. (In school terms.)
What fundraising is the P&C focused on?
We had a sensational goal from last year 2018 – $25,000 for a new outdoor area – that we achieved thanks to our wonderful volunteers and community. This went towards a new outdoor learning area situated between the school hall and undercover area.
This year we are focused on fundraising to “put the adventure back into our adventure playground”
